Each listing on Afterfive is a live campaign with a 30-day window to hit 100 pre-orders. If the goal is met, payment is collected and production begins. If it isn't, your order is cancelled automatically and you are never charged.

You are only charged when a campaign successfully hits 100 pre-orders. Until that point, no money leaves your account. If a campaign closes without hitting its goal, nothing is charged.

You can cancel any pre-order before a campaign hits its goal. Once a campaign is fully funded and payment is collected, the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

The campaign closes, your pre-order is cancelled automatically, and you won't be charged. The designer may choose to resubmit or rework the design for a future campaign.

Once a campaign is fully funded, production typically takes 4-6 weeks. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Estimated timelines are shown on each product page.

Yes. We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and the UK. More regions are being added. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We do accept returns for items that arrive with a manufacturing fault. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.

Submitting is completely free. There are no listing fees, no minimum orders, and no production costs to you. NPC only makes money when a campaign succeeds.

You earn a royalty on every unit sold. Retained copyright earns 12% of profit per unit. Full transfer earns 20%. Royalties are paid out within 30 days of campaign close. See the Copyright Models page for full details.

We review every submission within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting, and a decision email with next steps shortly after.

We accept PNG (minimum 300dpi) and Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files. If your design is in another format, reach out before submitting and we'll advise on the best approach.
