Everything you need to know about how we operate, handle your data, and support your purchase.
Shipping regions
We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Additional regions will be added as we grow. Shipping destinations are confirmed at checkout.
Shipping timelines
All Afterfive items are made-to-order. Once a campaign is fully funded, production typically takes 4-6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Timelines vary by garment type and are shown on each product page.
Shipping rates
Shipping is free within Singapore for all orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Customs & duties International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in Afterfive pricing.
How payment works
NPC operates on a crowdfunded pre-order model. When you back a campaign, your payment details are saved but no charge is made. Payment is collected only when the campaign successfully reaches 100 pre-orders within the 30-day window.
Falled campaigns
If a campaign closes without reaching its goal, your pre-order is cancelled automatically and you will not be charged. You will receive a notification email when this happens.
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayNow (Singapore). Additional payment methods may be added over time.
Change-of-mind returns
Because every item is produced specifically in response to backer demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons. We encourage you to check the sizing guide carefully before backing a campaign.
Faulty items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at hello@npc.sg within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and photos where possible.
Pre-order cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order at any point before a campaign hits its 100-backer goal. Once a campaign is fully funded and payment is collected, the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
Intellectual property
All design rights remain with the original designer or NPC as agreed at the point of submission, in accordance with the copyright model selected. NPC does not claim ownership of retained-copyright designs beyond the agreed production licence.
Limitation of liability
NPC's liability in connection with any product or campaign is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Use of the platform
By accessing NPC, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. NPC reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms.
Campaign participation
By backing a campaign, you acknowledge the crowdfunded pre-order model and understand that production only begins if the 100-backer goal is met. NPC is not liable for delays caused by supplier or production circumstances beyond our control.
Designer submissions
By submitting a design, you confirm the work is your original creation or that you hold the necessary commercial rights. Designs found to infringe third-party intellectual property will be removed and the account may be suspended.
